When it’s hot or even warm outside, we always tend to crave for lighter food, something that will not make us sweat while eating it J I had fish (Haddock Fillets) in the freezer so I took it out and placed under running water, and meanwhile I whipped the sauce to top it up with before it goes on the BBQ.Yes, it really does take less than 5 minutes. And the result? Yumm!
Ingredients: (For 5 Haddock Fillets)
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Garlic Clove – Diced
Juice from 1/4 fresh lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
2. Brush the fish fillets on both sides.
3. Place either directly on BBQ rack (oil it first) or on a grilling tray/pan.
4. Cook over medium heat.
5. Turn after 5 minutes and let cook in closed BBQ for about 20 more minutes.
You’ll know it’s ready when the fish is flaky.
** Cooking time may vary based on type of fish and thickness **
